Wellness Consultations

Veritas is partnered with the Diocese of Columbus Office of Catholic Schools to offer free 30-minute wellness consultation sessions where staff and faculty employees can receive support for navigating whatever challenges they may be facing. Consultations are led by a licensed mental health counselor but are not intended to serve as therapeutic counseling sessions. Rather, these opportunities offer staff and faculty a brief space to share and explore their immediate personal concerns, and where a counselor can then make recommendations, share helpful resources, and suggest possible next steps for self-care. Employee identity is protected and consultation meetings are confidential experiences that are not shared with anyone in the Diocese (unless requested by employee).
